Lynden is an application that helps you improve your daily routine by tracking important patterns like personal habits, spending, and sleep quality.
It helps you measure the main components of your day-to-day life, and as it is hard to remember what we did last week, let alone last month, Lynden provides you with those analytical reports, so youβll be able to refine the process and measure your improvements.

Tasks:
Based on our research, Lyndenβs target audience is women between the age of 20 to 40 whose annual income is not less than CAD 20,000 and who are passionate about the quality of their lifestyle.
Product maps and user flows are done based on the requirements. We considered all stakeholder’s needs at this phase. The purple colour flow is the one the client had asked for the beta test. We’re trying to keep Mia’s website compelling by not mentioning all of the flows in this section.
To-do lists and Self-scoring are two use case samples which you can find the user flows at the right.
After the client’s approval, we move on to the wireframe, UI, and clickable mock-ups, getting the product ready for the beta test.
We were so excited about the beta test. Everyone was!
Everything was aligned based on the analysis, research Mia and Lynden’s local business development team did. We launched the beta test and asked 40 volunteers, 2/3 those eligible as the target and 1/3 not, to test the beta version. And It FAILED.
We prepared ourselves for everything. We started pivoting. Stakeholders came with a brand new and more oriented purpose, and we utilized the data to improve the user experience and the visual design.
The final product is easier to use, purposeful, and more engaging. Feedback is mainly positive for the updated application, and users feel more ambitious using Lynden.
The most challenging phase after turning the app was the development phase and especially testing. Users are from all around the globe. We had to make sure the time for adding a Lyn, joining a Lyngage, etc. is working appropriately, and guess what? It didn’t.
After two months of none stop testing and debugging, Lynden is set for its first public launch. The whole crew is ready and beyond excited for this release.
